Looks like it never been read. It has no issues except VERY tiny rip (1/12 of inch; bottom cover). NEVER WAS FOLDED. No tear, edgewear, other wear, or cuts. COMES IN A PROTECTIVE SLEVE. A great present, a highly collectible item or for framing.
