Nearly "as good as new"... just cannot say that 40 y.o. magazine is "like new". But it virtually has no issues. NEVER HAD ADDRESS LABEL. NEVER WAS FOLDED. No tear, edgewear, other wear, or cuts. COMES IN A PROTECTIVE SLEVE. A great present, a highly collectible item or for framing.
